Mature Adults / Baby Boomers
This section of the Faith Formation at St. Martin's website is especially for active, energetic, empty-nest, working & retiring, grandparent (and almost grandparent), "always young" Baby Boomer adults seeking a faith community that engages them in meaningful spiritual growth and faith enrichment in a church environment that connects them to each other and the other generations in their faith community.
Presently there are three categories to explore in this section:
God's Not Finished With Me Yet points out that our learning lasts a lifetime--it is never finished. The Episcopal Church recognizes Lifelong Christian Formation as essential to each of us become fully integrated into the person God intends us to be.
Sharing Faith With Grandkids/Kids explores how important other adults in a child's life are to their spiritual development and gives some pointers on how to have that kind of influential interaction with them.
Rituals shows activities that mature adults can do to keep them aware of just what an influence they have in this world and how to show God and others how thankful they are for the opportunity to share their wisdom with others.
